RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE
1.Products are returnable within the applicable time period if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on mytradio.com
2.If you report an issue with the product you received from us Terms and Conditions, a resolution will be provided based on the evaluation of your product report you received.
Return will be processed only if:
> It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
>The product is not different from what shipped to you.
>The product is returned in original condition with all the accessories and contains in it with MRP tag, Invoice/Bill and the Label on it.
>Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, like product id not matching, product color not matching and product not matching with the description provided on mytradio.com
>Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
>Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise asked in the category section to specify.
>Products may be eligible for replacement only if we have the same or exact product/item in stock.
>If the replacement request is placed and we do not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
